Cody Kucharski
Cody Kucharski is an architectural designer and co-creator of Point + Line Design, bringing more than five years of architectural training, design experience, and research-based thinking to residential, development, and land-value creation projects. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Kennesaw State University’s College of Architecture and Construction Management, rooted in the Southern Polytechnic legacy of applied, technical, and design-focused education. Cody’s work connects architecture, urban design, adaptive reuse, public space, and real estate strategy, allowing him to approach projects from both a design and development perspective. His academic and research background includes published and presented work through Kennesaw State University, the Building Technology Educators’ Society, and the European Architectural Envisioning Association, with research exploring public space, tactical urbanism, adaptive reuse, and community-centered design.
Edgar Valentín
Edgar Valentín is an architectural designer and co-creator of Point + Line Design, bringing a strong foundation in architectural design, technical coordination, and project development. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Kennesaw State University’s College of Architecture and Construction Management, rooted in the Southern Polytechnic tradition of applied design, technical knowledge, and professional practice. Edgar’s work is shaped by an interest in architecture’s ability to respond to human needs, community conditions, and social context. His academic research, “Asylum In America: Designing a Relief Center for Social Integration,” explored how architecture can support inclusion, dignity, and connection through thoughtful spatial design. At Point + Line Design, Edgar contributes a grounded, detail-oriented approach to design, documentation, and project execution.
